Dylan was born in New York City. He has an older sister named Julia. Off set, he is best friends with Tyler Posey. He plays drums in the band "Slow Kids at Play". He is currently in a relationship with Britt Robertson. He starred in the film High Road and The First Time. He starred as Thomas in film adaptation of The Maze Runner.
